Want to be a Camp Counselor when you’re older? Or do you just want to develop your leadership skills? Then CIT is perfect for you! CITs spend the week building important life and camp skills while participating in camp activities. Explore the pathway to becoming a counselor as you learn about the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, child behavior and characteristics, and outdoor skills. CITs work together to plan special themes throughout the summer, including taking the lead for our Thursday night activities supported by camp staff. Don’t worry, it’s not all work and no play! CITs also experience all the fun camp has to offer (no add-on adventures available).
